Common questions
Yes. Every plan carries an allowance of challenges for Challenge and an allowance of classifications for Classify, on one bill.
The two allowances are separate: using up one never eats into the other.
Yes. Use Challenge, Classify, or both. You pay for the plan, not per product, and an allowance you do not use simply goes unused.
Challenge: every challenge issued to a browser counts, whether or not it is solved.
Classify: every message your server sends for a verdict counts as one classification.
Calls made with the test key never count, for either product.
Yes. A project is one site or app, and its keys work with every product. Usage still counts per product: every project's challenges add up to the Challenge allowance, and every project's classifications to the Classify allowance.
We email a workspace's admins at 80% and at 100% of an allowance.
Paid plans are never cut off. If a workspace stays over for 3 months in a row, we'll get in touch about a plan that fits.
On the Free plan, Classify keeps answering for 7 days after its allowance is reached, then pauses until the last 30 days drop back under it. Challenge never stops. Every Free workspace you create shares one Classify allowance.
Yes. The Free plan includes 50 classifications a month. To check Classify against a larger sample of your own messages, tell us how many you need, and we raise your allowance for the trial.

Card details are stored and processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Yes. Billing is monthly or yearly, with no long-term commitment.
Change plans at any time under Plan & usage in your workspace settings. To cancel, move the workspace to the Free plan there; Stripe confirms the cancellation and when it takes effect.
