The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European privacy law that went into effect on May 25, 2018. Processor

Natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

Subprocessor

Natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body authorized to process personal data under the direct authority of the controller or processor.
